The Residences 38 consists of a 36-story single tower offering 56 freehold condominium units, covering over 2 Rai (approximately 1 acre). The project not only provides 110 conventional parking spots, 7 supercar parking spaces, and 8 electric vehicle charging stations but also allocates all parking spaces on a first-come, first-served basis.

这个项目的设计由全球知名的住宅设计公司ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel、Quintrix Architects、PIA Interiors共同完成，景观设计则由Shma承担。

从第24层到第36层，三部电梯服务的The Residences 38提供了一系列高端设施，包括居民大堂、游泳池、温泉、居民休息室、共享派对房、瑜伽室和健身房等，同时还提供24小时安保、门禁卡和全区CCTV监控。

The design of this project is a collaborative effort by globally renowned residential design firms ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, Quintrix Architects, and PIA Interiors, with landscape design by Shma.

From the 24th to the 36th floor, The Residences 38, serviced by three elevators, offers a range of high-end amenities including a residents' lobby, swimming pool, onsen, residents' lounge, shared party room, yoga room, and gym, along with 24-hour security, access cards, and comprehensive CCTV coverage throughout the area.
