The concept of the metaverse, as a comprehensive technological concept, has only recently entered the mainstream, yet it is showing rapid growth worldwide. The World Economic Forum (WEF), citing a report by ABI Research, predicts that by 2030, nearly 700 cities will have metaverse infrastructure.
