并且无论是买房还是租房首选位置都是Asoke、Thonglor、Ekkamai,买房方面Onnut、Udomsuk、Phrakhanong区域上升至第二。

It is apparent that both Sukhumvit and Rama 9 share a significant characteristic: extensive coverage of rail transit systems leading to convenient travel. 
Given Bangkok's reputation as a congested city, local residents show a clear preference for properties located near the BTS light rail line and MRT subway line when purchasing or renting.
